Meep, Sybil and Alberich notice some of the broken furniture slightly move. Everyone watches as six mugs appear on the table and you hear what sound like alcohol being poured into the mugs. The bar is covered in dust, but you notice words being written on the bar - "The name's Lim. What will you be having?"

Twitch is already heading for the stairs up to the next storey and doesn't note the ghostly presence.....they want to see if there is an attic to claim as a den.
Meep's eyes widen, and he grins. "Hi Lim, I'm Meep. These are my friends, and this is our house. Do you live here too? I would like an ale, please. Are the rats your friends, or are they for eating?"
Sybil will explore the basement, keeping detect magic up when it runs out, keeping an eye out for anything abnormal.

Alberich is alerted by these supernatural happenings, his hand sneaking towards his bow, but can't help asking: "You wouldn't happen to have any dwarven brews?"
(Damian_May/Twitch: based on the map, the stairs upstairs are actually outside, behind the manor/tavern)
OOC: It looks like the stairs to the second floor are on the outside, but there's a set of stairs inside the Hall on floor two that lead to floor 3 and another that lead to the fourth floor.
There's a pause and there's no actual booze being poured into the glass. Listening to Meep and Alberich's words, Lim writes across the bar "Out of dwarven ale but might be some in the cellar. Meep you get the sense that Lim is a ghost and his goal is taking care of the manor, even in death. When you said rats, he thought "oh no, what are the customers going to think?" Yet he doesn't appear hostile.
Lussa, you notice a translucent hand pointing you toward a door with a descending staircase. If you go down, you'll find casks of wine and ale, as well as some coffee and broken furniture.
Demalis you go upstairs and much like the lobby, the second floor needs some work, but you think it could be refurbished. The beds in each bedroom are intact and there's some dusty sheets and blankets. Twitch, you reach the attic and the bed is still intact but there's also a pile of hay on the floor and some bugs and rats running around, nothing threatening. You also find a handaxe next to the bedpost that looks like a miniature version of a battleaxe.

Lussawill look over the marking on the casks, trying to determine their nature and origin (looking mostly to see if any are elven wine and dwarven ale for Alberich).
She will also look around the area to see if there would be somewhere suitable to set up a small bedroom for her away from sunlight.
Once she has seen what there is to see, she will (if they are small enough) grab a cask of wine (preferably elven) and a tin of coffee and go back to the tavern room and let everyone there know of her findings.

Lussa, in the basement you find a cask with dwarven runes. As you move into the wine room, you find a cask of wine with a label of "Cormyr Red." The wine room doesn't have much in it and you think you could move the cask into the other room and make the wine room your own bedroom.
Alberich, during your time in Waterdeep, you've heard of people speak about Trollskull Manor and the bartender Lim Half-Elven, who spent his life working at the place.
