Haivern kept his eyes and ears(Mostly Ears) peeled for anything that they may walk up on. Moving with purpose though not so slowly as to slow everyone else down. It sort of reminded him of the old days hunting through the woods, trying not to startle game, except of course the roles were sort of reverse as he was watching out for anything that could be a threat instead of some beast to shoot. There was also the fact that he could see very little. He would simply be looking out for anything dangerous or edible wordlessly unless he saw something that the rest of the group needed to know about or anyone else wished to speak.
Haivern and Eldeth manage to find enough food for the group. A ways into your journey, you are in a pitch-black tunnel. The two in the front (Shio, Haivern)
Seeing the outline of a humanoid standing in the tunnel, Shio immediately stops, he instinctively reaches out his arm and hold up in front of Haivern. He couldn’t quite make out the race of the humanoid in their cloak, but judging by the slender figure he assumes the stranger would likely to be elven. Still disguised as a drow, Shio decides it’s best that he speaks now. He calls out in a commanding and condescending tone that he has familiarized himself with in the days in captive. “Who’s there? Show yourself.”

"Oh my gods!" Luriel grabs one of her daggers and throws it forward as far as she can. It's kind of an automatic reaction -- she probably would have thought this through a little more if she weren't so alarmed at the moment.
Andarel relays the going one down the line to Zelk using message... 'Shio saw someone, dagger thrown at him, Luriel threw back. Sound like she hit something. Keep a look out in case of Ambush!'
"Shuushar, please try to keep the little ones safe...I 'm going to see what's going on."
Shio drew back a cold pant as the glistening edge of a sharp dart cut through his armor, leaving a bloody slash on his arm. He immediately draws his illusionary crossbow, aiming at the figure that has been dropped by Luriel, and underneath the illusion he prepares the somatic for eldritch blast. “Stay down.” He warns.

Hearing the commotion up front, "craptastic, I'm blind" before rolling out one of his light stones 20feet behind them and taking position in case something comes from behind; now that there is a wee bit of light. Perception 5 Saddling up his shield tight against his body, and removing a strange item from a croock in his Alchemical Tools, a slightly bent rod carved with sigils, and featuring several knobs-however there is a crack in it and the front is bent slightly as he aims it towards the enlightened area.
(as a refresher. that stone has "The object sheds bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet." So it won't cast very far, but Fuse will be able to see if something passes from it towards us.)
Haivern stopped as Shio moved up their arm to stop him. He gave them a curious look just before a dagger sped out of the darkness and hit Shio. Haivern's arm moved quickly, his hand going to the crossbow and aiming towards the darkness, unable to see anything in this damn darkness. He didn't want to waste a bolt on a target he couldn't see though luckily he didn't need to as a dagger flew from behind them as Luriel threw a dagger into the darkness followed by a scream. Those from the Underdark sure had a way of greeting people, Haivern thought as he waited for the next move of the aggressor to see whether or not he should chance a shot in the dark.

As she moves forwards through the column Andarel see's the wild dagger throw from Luriel, then hears the female cry before the splash into the water. Fearing a trap, but also conscious that there is information going to waste, she moves forward scanning the surrounding area, "Shio, call out if you see anything out there, Haivern, can you help me?" Her weapons at the ready, she advances at a normal pace until she gets towards the water.
Stealth: 21 (If you want disadvantage for moving at normal pace, 7) - Approaching the water. Perception: 13 - Approaching the water Perception: 15 or Investigation: 22 - looking for who/whatever fell into the water.
Luriel has never killed someone before, or even remotely injured someone -- so she's horrified at what she's just done. She moves forward along the passage towards where she thinks the woman that just fell is. Since Luriel can't see in the dark, and there's only a small amount of light from Fuse's light stone. she begins to feel her way along the stone walls forward. "Who was it? What can you see? Are you alright?"she calls desperately along the tunnel to Andarel and Shio.

"I can certainly try" Haivern called after Andarel. Moving up to follow them while keeping his senses piqued for any indication that there may be more than this person lurking nearby. His hand that held the crossbow itched with tension, though he steadied it as he moved forward to see what had attacked Shio. He moved at a bit of a more careful pace as he made his way towards the water and stopped beside of Andarel and kept his eyes peeled at the surrounding area to try and make sure nothing jumped on them from farther down the path.
(Not sure if I should roll but I will just in case).

"She's alone. I don't see anyone else." Shio calls back to the group. Seconds pass, and the body on the ground is still, unmoving. He exchanges a look with Andarel and Haivern, and slowly steps up close to the fallen humanoid. He keeps a couple feet of distance to observe, if the form is still unresponsive, he will move closer and remove their hood to see who it is.

From the back; having determined to not be distracted and keep a watch behind, Fuse calls out. "Is she a tracker, or is she a runaway? We shouldn't linger... and keep an eye out above you."
Perception (only behind focused currently); Rolling disadvantage in case I need it. There are some light balls (5ft bright 5ft dim) behind he tossed out for now.109
(Weird its telling me dice rolls not available. So I can't roll I have a +1 perception if it rolls something probably will need added)

The outline of a slender humanoid in a cloak, next to what must be water.

The figure darts and throws something at you:

Everyone: A stone dagger comes flying out of the darkness ahead and cuts Shio's shoulder.

(OOC: It was a rough stone dagger, something someone on the run with nothing but their clothes might carry.)
(Thanks for the clarification. Shio's action remains unchanged.)

The person is a moon elf. She is still alive, but barely.
