Splinter works his way up onto Gordon's head where his position is plain to everyone. (Passively) he remains Ready to Help.
Talmich tosses a spear at Og, as he draws attention to Og's personal conflict. Oh has come to terms with it. (Effect: 4, Talmich's speed is reduced by 10 feet on his next turn.) The spear flies true, but the force of Og's arcane power is just able to protect him.

Gordon rushes forward hurdling over the nearby low-wall he could have avoided, just for show. As he steps in reach Splinter flingscfrom his head scrambling for a moment between Zevryl's horns before scurrying back onto his mount. Gordon strikes at the Tiefling twice scoring two devastating hits. His concentration still holds.

(And to clear things up with the rats, unless there's some errata I missed about the Bag of Tricks summons. You can have more than one out, and give them general commands that they'll continue to follow. So Master Splinter is still trying to Hide behind the low wall at J-9 , and Ratattouie is hanging out with Gordon, Helping him out.)

Zevryl stares at Gordon, then rises to his full height(which isn't very tall), his eyes burning with divine fury. He points a finger at Gordon, and waits a moment for tension to build up. Then, he speaks.

If Og can make it to Gordon, he will bring his warhammer down with the power of Helm and creepiness.

Rerolls would factor in for damage, but I’m pretty sure that wouldn’t hit.
if Og can’t easily get to Gordon, or would provoke AoO in the process, he will instead sling another chill touch at Gordon, without moving.
