MwahaHA shakes himself, and takes a look around. Spotting Cultic Chanting off to the side, a wicked gleam enters MwahaHA's eyes. He tries creeping closer, holding on to the element of surprise. Whether he had it or not, he leaps in with a shout of, "MwaHAHAH! Have at thee, scoundrel!"and makes a leaping stab with his spear while CC was hopefully still CC'd by it suddeness. Then, there's a knee for the bird's beak that swiftly follows! He shouts after in a more burly voice, "MEDIC! MEDIIIIC! I CAN'T FEEL MY LEG!" He says as he starts hoping around on one leg as if injured around to 6D.

Mwaha starts acting out a scene from some slapstick puppet show he saw earlier in town. Cultic Chanting goes down with a blow to the head and a sad trombone. Sha'kar will have to sort out what's happening. (Contest 9 with Insight or Investigation, Effect: 4, the losers movement is reduced by 10 feet on their next turn)
Ebrius winds up for a serious blow but she sees her target collapse and prepares to defend instead. (So long as you aren't holding something in your other hand I'll allow Versatile damage.)

(Also, I think that 10 is already a crit. No one could have a +4 Dex at level 1 with point buy.)
