If there is no chance of surprise, Grzak will want to be silhouetted by Gabriel’s torch, both to appear as a large back-lit creature wielding a Morningstar and to hopefully spoil the darkvision of Yeemik to distinguish detail of Grzak’s features. He will urge everyone following, including Gabriel that if they are illuminated by the torchlight that there is no line of sight of those illuminated to where we expect Yeemik to appear.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
“YEEMIK! YOU PUKE! COME TAKE YOUR SHINEY OR KLARG KEEP!”
Grzak will stay up in the tunnel, back-lit.

Silhouetted, the Morningstar will be held low in a non-aggressive manner. Grzak will hunch over to give the appearance that his arms are longer than they truly are.
From where you stand you can just see around the corner into a low area with sleeping rolls and the glow of campfires. Three goblins heads cautiously peek into your line of sight from 20-30’ away. A 10’ high escarpment splits the cave in two, a steep natural staircase rising to the upper ledge.
“Klarg, why you rude? Come have meat… bring shiny thing. If want take prisoner to King Grol ... pay for him!” Calls a deep goblin voice from the upper half of the cave.
Grzak turns his head back to Gabriel and whispers, “I’m sorry, I completely misplayed this. Who knew Klarg was so kindly and that Yeemik isn’t greedy? What’s our play now?”
Grzak continues whispering, “I could dash to the upper section suffering any opportunity attacks along the way, but if I make it, I could put myself between Sildar and death, maybe for a while. I owe him my life and a much better rescue plan than this.”
Gabriel whispers back "take my sheild and push me toward Yeemik like I am your prisoner, while they are looking at me I can attack and you can run around to get between them and Sildar? Be sure to yell something about got a new prisoner. I'll just have to try and hide my sword tell I strike beneath my cloak."
“Maybe keep your shield behind you like you are manacled and have a couple of the loyal goblins lead you in. They say to Yeemik/three that this is a shiney new prisoner in exchange for the old one. As soon as they push you towards the three, you reveal that you are not bound and attack with sword and shield. At the same time, I dash to the upper chamber to protect Sildar. We’ll need everyone else to join in as soon as possible.”
Grzak turns and addresses all who are following in the cave. “We do this to free the human and free you from the bully, Yeemik. Follow immediately and do not fail us.”
Grzak has Gabriel pass the torch back and place his arms behind his back as best he can simulating being shackled.
”KLARG EXCHANGE SHINEY NEW PRISONER FOR OLD ONE!”
With that he shoves Gabriel into the light of the cavern. Once all eyes are on him, Grzak will sprint.
As Gabriel runs to engage the three goblins in the lower chamber, Grzak will double dash (up to 60’) to the upper chamber to place himself between Sildar and any incoming damage.

Gabriel is inside the cave?
Cringer seems frozen. Katherine and Alarion hear footsteps running back the way they came... Pinky and Thinker.

(OOC busy week, sorry)
Backlighting from the torch is a good idea. You can get within 10' of this cave entrance before the deception becomes questionable.
Grzak can roll a Deception or Intimidation check if he wishes to stay in the tunnel 10' back or further, and try to make Yeemik come out.
The air ahead is hazy with the smoke of a cooking fire, and pungent from the smell of poorly cured hides and unwashed goblins.
