Jeremiah, it looks like there was a rather big fight. You can't get close enough to notice anything specific. You do recall Volo and others mentioning that there were a lot more fights going on in the city and they were escalating.

Violet, you are able to get a bit closer. Perception check to see if you notice anything.
She's also straining to hear anything the blood-drenched arrested ones might say, or gain any hint of their allegiance from their clothing/details, as well as from that of the corpses.
There is no half-orc. However Violet you do notice a snake tattoo on some of the corpses. The officers are muttering amongst themselves, "Another fight between the guilds? They just keep escalating." "At least they are culling themselves. We just clean up their bodies and get more of them off the streets."
‘Come on!’ implores Jeremiah, getting bored by all the gawping. ‘These gangs are always offin’ each other. You just need to scarper if it all kicks off...’
“Worth checking their pockets if you find them before the guards do,” Gorm notes with a bored attitude, “but otherwise the kid is right. Unless someone knew them there’s not much point hanging around...”
Gorm figures gawking too long just gets the guards remembering your face and that’s not a thing any kids growing up on the streets wanted. Once they start recognizing you they start pulling you in every time they see you, figuring your either a witness or a suspect and they usually don’t care which they pin on you.
You continue on into the Dock Ward. Tall, densley packed tenements leave most of the neighborhood in shadow at ground level. Most of the streetlamps have had their glass smashed and their candles stolen, and the smells of salt air and excrement linger as you pass by rows of run-down buildings. On the corner of Zastrow Street and Fillet Lane is a shop that stands out from the others. It has a deep purple façade, and in its window hangs a stuffed beholder. Above the door hanfs a sign whose elaborate letters spell out "Old Xoblob Shop." Farther down Fillet lane, you see an old sign swaying in the breeze with a Dragon with a spear through it and underneath is the sign of a tavern.
“Why do rich people always enjoy slumming it?” Gorm asks, mainly rhetorically. “Us poor people never want to be poorer. Perhaps it’s the showing off that inflates their egos?”
Approaching the entrance Gorm saunters in 6 or 8 steps before pausing to take on the scene.
What does 'slumming it' mean? I have not heard the term before." Guardian says as he looks around. "This place seems very run down, people choose to spend time here?" A note of disbelief in his voice.
"Nailed it in one," Gorm answers. "Some have to spend time here 'cause they cannot afford better... Those who can afford to but do anyway, they're slumming it."
The tavern looks like a ruin. Both of the front-facing windows are smashed and a ship's anchor is lodged in the roof. Through the windows, you can see a group of haggard patrons drinking from huge tankards. As Jeremiah slips inside, he sees a small group of four humans gambling in a corner with cards. The bartender is resting behind the bar lazily watching the gambling. A few other patrons sit and nurse their drinks at their tables.

"If Gorm wants to do some gambling, I can chat up the bartender? Oh and did you all see that shop with the stuffed Beholder in the window, now that looks like a fun place to shop sometime!"

If stealth check works, she'll listen and look and try to understand what occurred, signalling others in the party to keep walking, if possible.
If not, she'll try to laugh it off if she's called out, spin a tale 9

Being on the taller side, Guardian can see over most of the crowd. He looks at the bodies, trying to see if there is a half orc in the bunch.

“Let’s wander on and put this behind us.”
"Very well, let us move on. Which way to this other tavern we are headed to?" Guardian says, looking around.

Jeremiah slips into the inn, and steps to the side of the door, scoping out the room instinctively.

'Feels like a bad place this...' Jeremiah whispers to the rest of the group 'Watch out for trouble...'
Guardian puts his hand on Jeremiah's shoulder..."you are correct young one, this is a place of trouble. You should stay behind me."
Gorm wanders over and watches the game for a bit, taking in the players as well as the game.
((Is it a game Gorm is familiar with? Can he tell who is winning, who is losing, etc? Is there room for another?))
After stealthing away for a bit, Violet catches up with the group and takes in the scene
