"Demonspawn," Lostur snarls, shaking the slightly soggy bag out. "You can have it if you want it. As long as whatever comes flying out of that bag doesn't attach itself to me," he swears.
(Lostur is willing to give up the bag to anyone who wants to control the creatures, although he can also happily keep it. If you have a dearth of things to do with your Bonus Action it's pretty good to have, as it takes a bonus action to control the animals.)
Brenvull your attempts to identify the cloak prove fruitless, as does your search for diamonds. You have all been in the command tent for quite some time now so your Detect Magic will have fizzled out.
OOC: For reference.
Areas not yet investigated :

Items yet to be identified :
A vial containing a milky white liquid that emanates transmutation magic
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I think you will be fine with the bag. It fits your character", Brenvull chuckles.
"Let me re-enable the ability to see magic, and then continue searching through the stuff" and Brenvull will ritually cast Detect Magic again before going through the bugbear quarters. He will then continue on to the Dark Pool and Wolf Pens (when going further from the main camp en Balorian he will want to keep together).
((OOC: Should we just roll a bunch of arcana/history checks on each of the items? I think Brenvull would be our best possibility for that.))
If so, here are the rolls (all History (arcana would be 3 lower)):
21: A vial containing a milky white liquid that emanates transmutation magic
Dripping and irritated, Lostur decides to poke around the bugbear's quarters, hoping to find something of use in there. The first thing he notices before he even manages to enter is the wave of pungent smell that hits him. Goblinoids certainly weren't the most sanitary of creatures, and their filth once again wakens a flicker of anger in his breast at the defilement of what was once his beloved home. It no longer feels like that, now, knowing that Balorian is no longer with him.
"Who's going to give me orders now?" he wonders, feeling a little lost as he pushes his way inside the quarters.
Lorvax naturally follows Lostur to the bugbear's quarters. He enters wearily, expecting a bugbear, or other hidden foe, to jump out at any second.
"Best we don't dwell too long..."Lorvax's face screws up a little, "What is that repugnant smell?! These creatures would live in utter squalor? Careful Lostur I fear that water alone will not protect you this time." He puts one hand on the decanter's stopper none-the-less.
Lorvax checks out the interior of the quarters; attempting to find anything out of the ordinary that would provide a clue as to the motivations of these Bugbears.
Brenvull immediately recognise two of the potions as potions of speed. The last one is unfamiliar to you as is the vial containing a milky white liquid. The first scroll you look at is unintelligible to your eye, but the second two make you laugh out loud given the trouble you have all been going to. You hold in your hand two scrolls of Identify. Raising detect magic once more you make your way to the Bugbears quarters.
Kray, the cloak is not something you have seen before and while you can sense the presence of its magical qualities you have no idea of their precise nature.
Lostur as you search the Bugbears quarters you a shocked when your silent question receives an answer.
Long have you slept child of shadow. We thought that you were lost to us, but never fear. We have found you once more and you will not want for direction....
As the voice sounds in your mind you feel your eyes drawn to a bundle of furs piled in the near corner. You feel drawn toward them and know instinctively that something is hidden beneath. Brenvull your magical sight also draws your attention to the fur, though you by contrast are repulsed by the demonic nature of the magic residing there.
Lorvax your eyes are drawn in a different direction entirely seeing a small oak casket sitting atop a nearby table.
While laughing "Well Lostur, if you really need a leader... I'm up for the job. I'm the oldest and therefor the wisest". You get the idea he is half joking half serious.
When Brenvull sees Lostur turn towards the furs he shouts out: "Watch out! There is some evil magic there" and then follow behind. "Whatever it is, maybe we should try one of these scrolls we found to see what it does, it feels cursed."
((OOC: Of course Brenvull also shared his insights into the magic items and offers them to anyone who wants them. So up for grabs: 2 [Tooltip Not Found] and I have the possibility to identify 2 magic items (should probably use one to identify the cloak seeing our track record there)))
"Sure. You give me orders, I'll march," Lostur agrees readily. "I trust you more than any scale-less one we might meet out in this place later on. I don't like thinking much anyway. Too much work, when it's easier to slash and smash," he grumbles.
Lostur frowns at Brenvull's warning, however. "Cursed? I feel something coming from under there too, but it doesn't feel cursed," he protests. "Lemmie try getting out so we can see what it is." Walking over, he takes out his yklwa and uses it to gingerly sift through the piles of fur, searching for the source of his compulsion, but being careful not to touch anything with his bare scales.
Kray passes the cloak to Brenwull"I've never seen anything like it before, then again, I must admit that I never paid too much attention to this matters..."Then they found the suspicious object hidden below the furs and she unsheathes her new sword, not igniting it and help move one fur with it.
Lostur you move the furs aside to reveal a dark leather pouch. Emptying its contents into your hand you discover three dark metal coins. It seems right that you should have them. [Make a wisdom save].
Brenvul you take the cloak and laying it out before you on the nearby table you carefully unravel one of the identify scrolls and read the words to activate it. Knowledge washes over you as the nature of the item becomes clear this is a cloak of invisibility.
Lorvax will tentatively inspect the small oak casket attempting to discern its purpose; checking whether there are any engravings / carvings / symbols on it.
Lostor these are soul coins and you will protect them with your life. You need no identification spell as the dark magic you already carry resonates so strongly with them.
They are also cursed, binding them to you. You absolutely will not even let anyone study them. There may be other unusual consequences in their use but we'll save that for later...
Lostur clutches the coins to his chest for a moment, before tucking them securely away in his belt pouch. "These coins... no one else should have them. You're right. They are dangerous! I'll make sure nobody else is subject to their dark power," he promises, clearly not offering to let anyone even take a glance at what they were. Once the coins are secreted away, he blinks twice, and his expression clears slightly. "... What? Invisible cloak? Why would I need that? I want them to see me coming, and know fear!" he says with a grim smile.
Lorvax slowly turns to face Lostur after his outburst. "Are you quite alright brother?"He asks with a note of disbelief in his voice, "Is it not best to destroy any items that befoul this place?"
Taken aback by Lostur's reaction to the coins, Lorvax will attempt to discern whether any thing is effecting his companion: 13((rolled Arcana which is at +0, feel free to change as needed))
As Lostur returns to his normal self Lorvax will chuckle slightly,"Haha - that's the spirit brother! It is our foes that shall need to hide from US! Rather than us from them!" He playfully slaps Lostur on the back with a naturally high amount of force((Lorvax's strength currently sits at 19)), but not meaning to do any harm.
Surprised by Loxtur’s vehemence with the coins she says nothing but seems concerned.
“They should fear and hide from us yes” says following Lostur’s words “but there are times that the element of surprise could benefit us. It’s a useful item that cloak”
