Slink stands back, waiting to see into the next room. She has pulled out her daggers and holds them loosely in her hands. She glances at Sofia..."I go by Slink but street rat and alley trash work as well. You're here on a...what did you call it, anthrogical something?" She asks as she moves up to peek around Debauchery, getting impatient.
The tall, thin tiefling turns to look back before entering through the stained glass double doors. "Ain't this sweet?" he offers, showing a quick flash of teeth. "Debauchery. Debauchery Dalliance, if you be needing to know." He goes to take a step forward, pausing briefly and uttering quietly. "They needed to know and mind your own." He continues inward.

"That is a flashy name, one I would expect to hear at Madame D'Lang's brothel. Is that your real name?" Slink inquires, eyebrow raised in question, a slight smile on her face as she follows him.
Oricoril looks about the room, carefully taking in the detail before turning to the group raising a brow after hearing the group trade pleasantries... "Well you are all a wonderfully interesting bunch eh? I am Oricoril....a watcher of sorts or perhaps a Guardian to some, servant to He of the Unsleeping Eyes. It's an honor to meet you all officially"
You see serpents and skulls inconspicuously woven into the wall designs. The decorative paneling follows the staircase as it circles upward to the second floor.
Felix flows into the house. "You all sound like wonderfully colorful people. Felix is my name and I am here due to a request from a friend, though if I had known how little luxuries they had up here, I may have refused..." He breathes a sigh of relief as he steps into the house. "At least now it isn't as dirty." As Felix looks around the room as his eyes settle on the top hat. "At least these people have a decent sense of fashion, although it is rather dated."

"Yes an Anthropological study! I heard some interesting rumors about this region so I decided to come up here and study the area myself. It's been a VERY interesting journey so far!"
Not entirely by choice, Zoomi grumbled in her mind. This time it was Sofia's turn to ignore the other.
Turning back to everyone, she continued, "Well, it's a pleasure to meet you all and hopefully whatever 'monster' lives here is something minor made dangerous by the incredible imaginations of children." Pausing a moment, she added, "Well they mentioned the 'monster' being in the basement. Should we start there? Or perhaps find their parents if they're indeed still in here somewhere?"
Debauchery chuckles at Slink’s retort, waiting with his blades at ready as the others survey the room.
”So, what’ve got here?”
Oricoril will point towards the walls tracing a distinct pattern up the staircase with his hand. Pondering but for a moment, Oricoril will pull out his warhammer and twirl it around slightly as if sparring in his mind. "This pattern look here... it leads to the upstairs as well, perhaps this is a valuable clue to what might be afoot in this house. We should stick together and keep our eyes peeled, but should we check the basement first or go upstairs?"

Debauchery briefly looks at the pattern Oricoril noted, nodding slightly. "Perhaps we clear this floor first. My own were quite terrible, but perhaps these children have parents in need of saving somewhere's about this place." Without waiting for an answer, he'll move to first listen and then open the door to 2B (if he hears nothing dangerous).

Slink looks around noting the multiple doors leading out of this room. "I agree with Red, don't want to leave any...surprises at our back." She moves to the door next to 2B for a listen but will wait to open it depending on what Debauchery finds.
Felix follows Debauchery. "I understand the parent sentiment. But even if they are not great people, we shouldn't leave them to monsters. Let the community decide what to do with them." Looking around, Felix is rather distracted by the pattern
The closet to 2B is quiet. Opened, it's a cloakroom that has several black cloaks hanging from hooks on the walls. A top hat sits on a high shelf. It's very neatly organized. But appears to be nothing but a clothing closet.

Debauchery eyes the top hat for a few seconds, chuckles and turns away. "No, I think it would be a bit over the top." He moves, listening to the door to Room 5 before entering.

It appears to be a dining room. The centerpiece of this room is a carved mahogany table surrounded by eight high-backed chairs with sculpted armrests and cushioned seats. A crystal chandelier hangs above the table, which is covered with resplendent silverware and crystalware polished to a dazzling shine. Mounted above the marble fireplace is a mahogany-framed painting of an alpine vale.
The wall paneling is carved with elegant images of deer among the trees. DC 12 Wisdom (Perception) check: ?!??!?!
Red silk drapes cover the windows, and a tapestry depicting hunting dogs and horse-mounted aristocrats chasing after a wolf hangs from an iron rod bolted to the south wall.
The silverware tarnishes, the crystal cracks, the portrait fades, and the tapestry rots if removed from the house.
