"The name's Lucille," she says to Captain Xendros. "And that is, indeed, a fair trade. For now, though, we will be meeting up with the rest of our motley crew. I look forward to speaking with you later."
"Ah-ah! I told you I'd give you the information you seek if you made such a promise to me. And now that you've made an agreement, I have two things for you."
She'll slip a single small, smooth stone out to the two of you, with a smirk on her face. "This is for if you find word of the apparatus. Let me know, will you?"
"As for rumors, I heard about some sort of missing fishermen, yes. I've heard that old man Primewater nearly had one of his smuggling operations found out and exposed to the crown, so he had to remove the snitches. Though, few people would really believe that honest fishermen would support the crown, yes? The perfect ruse, I say."
She'll wave you off. "That is all I have for now. Do take care, dearies~. Pleasure doing business."
And Wulgar, I missed it before, but she's got a number of baubles and trinkets in the shop. Most of her wares seem magical in nature, from weapons to wands, and everything in between.
"Thank you Captain Xendros, that helps. When we return I would like to look through your items a little more, you have some interesting things here." Wulgar gives her a smile and heads out with Lucille, headed to the Empty Net.
By the time the others join her, Cora will have already had a drink in her hand. Seeing Lucille, she'll wave her down. "We're over here!" A smile coming across her face. When they reach her she'll ask. "Did ya find anythin useful while you were out?"
Lucille returns Cora's smile, and orders a drink of her own. "We did! We learned that someone called Primewater may have removed a couple of snitches to keep his smuggling under wraps. It isn't much, but it's a place to start."
Cora grins. "Well after a... not so bountiful talk with some guards, and a more bountiful talk with a Seagull, I discovered that the guards are in fact involved. I'm not 100% sure who though. I also found out that they might be taking the fishers to the Moon-Cove, couple miles east of the town." She takes a sip, chuckling at the fact she got all that from a Seagull. "Seagulls, pleasant creatures, let me tell ya that."
Cora thinks for a moment. "If Primewater removed these snitches, they might have some powerful people behind them, if not powerful themselves. Maybe we deal with these guards first, and if we're lucky. Maybe disrupt the smuggling in the process?"
Wulgar says "Sure, so have a look see at Moon Cove first? Where is old man Primewater, do you know? I'm sure we could find out, but I agree, snooping around at his place would probably be higher risk..."

"It seems, from a conversation I had, that it might be more of the King's men, not the local guards. A specif name I got was Eliander." Thom interjects.
"Well I am not saying that this is a 3rd group. My contact told me that the King's Men and the Local guard have a differen opinion of how things should work. So they are guards, just not local guards." Thom counters.
OOC: Even if we haven't gotten 100% responses from everyone, it seemed like Lucille/Thom were gonna defer to the group. Moon-cove time it is! If you guys have any last minute things you want to discuss as a group, feel free. Otherwise, respond to the prompts when ready.
This moon-cove is a crescent-shaped cove a couple miles east of town. Cora is able to relay that the common name of the place is known as "Lunar Rest", and was once a popular finishing spot. If you're taking care to be stealthy as you approach, roll me a Stealth check.
Otherwise, I'd like Perception checks from everyone as you approach the area.
