I think they mean the Channel Divinity Sacred Weapon for the Devotion Paladin - not Holy Weapon.
CD Sacred Weapon isn't concentration so that's not a problem - but Lurky is right about Magic Weapon requiring a mundane weapon - so it must be cast first. CD Sacred Weapon doesn't care either way so it can be used afterwards. Sacred Weapon would not remove or otherwise interfere with Magic Weapon - unless it was used first - which would prohibit the Magic Weapon spell from being used. So on a single turn you could Bonus Action Magic Weapon and then Action Channel Divinity.
yeah thats what I was going for ... well a player in my game was and wasn't sure if it was ok even IF D&D is to be taken as literally for most desccriptions

Magic weapon specifies the the base weapon be non-magical but what if sacred weapon is used after Magic weapon?
Would sacred cancel out Magic Weapon or does it pass since the weapon wasnt magical wheb Magic Weapon was casted
