I have two questions about being swallowed by a creature.
1. If you are swallowed by a Kraken, are you considered an Unseen Attacker, therefore gaining Advantage on attack rolls (Which is cancelled out by being Blinded & Restrained, so straight rolls when swallowed)?
2. How is the DC calculated for the creature to make a CON save or regurgitate its swallowed victims? I've looked at every creature who has the Swallow attack, and the DC's for those creature to hold down their food seems to be so inconsistent, or else I'm missing an obvious factor in trying to figure out the CON DC for a home brew monster.

1. RAW yes.
2. The designer of the monster said "this DC seems right" and stated it. Monster DCs are not required to based on anything other than "designer said so". It is probably they with the same method of Concentration checks, since those are also based on damage received: the check rule is "half of the damage, or 10, whichever is greater". Since the minimum damage needed is 50, it would half, for DC 25. This is only a theory and is not a rule. The only rule is "whatever the designer wants".
