I just took a look at a warlock subclass’s Expanded Spell List and I found something interesting. It states, exactly:
[Patron] lets you choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.
So say, for example, I am a 1st-level warlock (Undead pact) and 2nd-level blood hunter, and I gain a level. If I choose the Profane Soul subclass, thereby learning two warlock spells, could I choose to learn the Bane spell, as the spell is added to the warlock spell list?

Come participate in the Competition of the Finest Brews, Edition XXVIII?
My homebrew stuff:
Spells, Monsters, Magic Items, Feats, Subclasses.
I am an Archfey, but nobody seems to notice.

No. The multiclass rules say to learn spells as if you were not multiclassed. If you were not multiclassed, bane would not be a warlock spell.
Granted these rules are poorly worded where pact magic is concerned, but the intention is clear.
Many thanks!
