If i have a lvl 2 character that has a single level in sorcery and another single level in rogue, is this character able to don armour its proficient in and still cast magics?/If so, is there any limitations?

The vorpal blade went snicker-snack! He left it dead, and with its head. He went galumphing back.
Yes, you can cast sorcerer spells in any armor you are proficient in, without any restrictions that I can find. The armor proficiency rules just say that you cannot cast spells in armor that your are not proficient in, and the Sorcerer class has no other restrictions.
Yeah, taking a level of Rogue will give you light armor proficiency, so by all means wear some. But note that even the best standard light armor (studded leather) doesn't give as good an AC as Mage Armor.

As long as the character gets the proficiency from somewhere (make sure you double check multiclassing proficiencies), it doesn't hinder spellcasting.
