There are a lot of things, but literally everything that gives a bonus (and isn't homebrew) will tell you that you get a bonus. You can also find out what is giving you a bonus by clicking on the stat on the character sheet on dndbeyond.
A quick list I could think of; Races (generally +2 and +1 or 3 +1s), Certain feats (they will tell you) Ability score increases (2 +1s), and Certain magic items (it will tell you).
