Looks buggy. In particular, these three spells can explicitly heal:
Temple of the Gods, which is from Xanathar's, which has spells in that list. Temple of the Gods can heal a target for the caster's Wisdom modifier under the right conditions, and because the spell is 24 hours or permanent, not instantaneous, it's an even more clear-cut example than Goodberry, which also has conditions to be met (you have to eat the berry to be healed). 100% of Life Clerics can cast this.
Wish can simulate any spell in the list other than the two special callouts at the bottom, a Life Cleric somehow casting it gets the bonus. Not a huge deal given how special Wish is. If you use it for healing directly, it heals for all, like Power Word: Heal does.
Wither and Bloom is new, but explicitly heals. I hope someone is updating Life Clerics as new healing spells come out.
So of the list of 17 spells there, 8 are not evocation. Of the 9 evocation spells, 5 only provide hitpoints, 2 provide hitpoints and some part of the effect of a restoration spell (removing conditions), one provides hitpoints and the ability to stand up, and only one provides something different from just direct healing (with or without some other minor benefits). All 8 of the non-evocation spells provide healing and (or by means of) something else.
So it seems to my eye that if it isn't obvious from the text of the spell, the school of the spell really tells you nothing.
I think wish has the same problem as power word heal: that filling a character's hit points leaves no place for those bonus hit points anyway (and any other spell effect would be decided by that spell's wording). Is it just way better than power word heal, even for healing? But anyway, a wizard with a life cleric dip can get DoL and wish.
Wolf's quote does not say regaining hit points is the only way to end the unconcious condition
Are there any spells or effects that remove unconscious? There are actually a fair number of monsters that are immune to the condition (a lot of elementals, for example), which is a problem if you don't have monsters just die at 0.

It's not a problem, or Zealot Barbarians wouldn't be able to function. You just stay conscious at 0 hit points and roll death saves normally. Moon Druids in Elemental form, like Warlocks with Aspect of the Moon, Warforged, and MPMM elves, simply stay conscious while long resting.
I figure it's worth linking this change log, that defines exactly which spells receive the Disciple of Life bonus, as per the rules:

Easier to implement our own adjudication if the update listed in your link ever is made public for use in homebrew. Is that still in the works?
