I know there's an Artificer Infusion that does that, the Mind Sharpener. Spend a charge to turn a failed save into a success. I feel like there should be a magic item for it as well, but can't recall one off the top of my head.

As far as I can find, there isn't one. There also doesn't seem to be any way to replicate it in Homebrew here. That's what I was trying to do for Bladesong. Basically a toggle in the character sheet. There doesn't seem to be any other way to quickly or easily add Bladesong bonuses to the character sheet calculations outside of fudging it via a homebrew item. Same with shillelagh, shadow blade and mage armor. Kinda bummed that they still haven't gotten around to addressing these given how often it comes up (or at least used to last time I spent time on these forums).
Oh well, back to trying to remember it, forgetting, failing a Concentration check because of it, and then remembering after the session and going, "Dammit, make sure to remember that next time!" Where, of course, I will most likely will not.

A "concentration check" for a spell is just a Constitution saving throw. Here's a way to indicate the Bladesong bonus with a modifier on a magic item: Modifier: Bonus - Constitution Saving Throw, Ability Score: INT, Details: made to maintain concentration on a spell (minimum of 1)
In the Saving Throws box, it will show something like "+4 to CON saves to maintain concentration on a spell" (if your INT modifier is +4)
And yeah, we've all just been fudging with homebrew items to add temporary effects like Bladesong and Mage Armor.
Not just Con saves but rather Concentration checks specifically and only?

Officially, I don't believe so, but if you're the DM you can homebrew it!
If you're a player, then you will need to talk to the DM!

Yeah, easiest thing is just homebrewing and adding to inventory an item you toggle on for the modifier when you activate the song, I believe
