I have a level 10 Hexblade warlock / College of whispers Bard multiclass dual wielder. Rapier in Main hand with Previously cast 3rd level shadow blade in the left hand. They have both the thirsting blade and eldrich smite invocations. Can they do the following on a single turn:
1st attack Main hand use eldritch smite (4d8 damage + 1d8 + 4 from rapier) 2nd attack (thirsting blades) with Main hand use Psychic blades (1d8+4 from rapier + 3d6 psychic blades damage) 3rd attack (dual wielder) offhand attack with shadowblade for 3d8 damage
According to rules as written these just expend a spell slot and an inspiration and have the (no action) tag on them so it doesn't count as a cast spell or used bonus action.
Also second question... Can you stack Eldritch smite AND Psychic blades into the same attack? (say if you crit)
Again rules as written seems possible but wanted to know if I was missing something...
Nothing prevents you from using all those features on the same attack. If I might ask, why aren't you making your first two attacks with the shadow blade and then the third with the rapier?

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.
Don't be mean. Rudeness is a vicious cycle, and it has to stop somewhere. Exceptions for things that are funny. Go to the current Competition of the Finest 'Brews! It's a cool place where cool people make cool things.

He has Thirsting Blade, not Extra Attack, and it is restricted to only his Pact Weapon.
As others have said this is all within the rules, but here are a few complications to watch out for. First, Eldritch Smite only works with your Pact Weapon but Psychic Blades can work with both weapons. Second, casting Shadow Blade takes your bonus action. So you most likely wouldn't be able to do this round one. And finally, as a Hexblade your Rapier can use either Charisma, Strength, or Dexterity, but your Shadow Blade can only use your Strength, or Dexterity.
You are probably already aware of this, but the offhand attack with the shadow blade is made with dexterity or strength. It can't use charisma because it is neither a hex weapon nor pact weapon - so your to hit with it is probably less because you've probably used your two ASIs for charisma (assuming you didn't roll exceptional stats to start with).
Also, as mentioned, there is nothing stopping you from using both Eldritch Smite and Psychic Blades on the same attack as long as it is with your pact weapon which is required for Eldritch Smite. Psychic blades can be used on any of your attacks that hit.
Yes indeed. Luckily this character has solid dexterity as well so that's not much of an issue. But thank you for pointing that out.
It just kind of baffles me that people say that College of Whispers is a bad subclass. Sure maybe by itself it's weak but as a multiclass it's a complete force multiplier. You can literally pair it with 3-5 levels of any melee class and it's pretty darn good but if you pair it with Assassin Rogue, Hexblade Warlock or Paladin it's really good...
So I have a quandry if this is possible:

As written i see nothing preventing any of this
Any additional or extra damage is part of the attack's damage rolled twice on a Critical Hit.
