That is incorrect. A moon druid can wild shape as either an action or a bonus action, just a rogue can disengage as either an action or a bonus action. Being granted by a feature the ability to do something as bonus action does not take away your ability to do it as an action.
I’m not sure I’m for or against the proposition that a subclass feature will NEVER overwrite/replace a basic class ability... but moon druids “gain the ability to wild shape on your turn as a bonus action,” and “gain” certainly does read as “in addition to” the basic version. You can both “Combat Wild Shape” as a bonus, and “Wild Shape” as an action.
