Maybe this has been asked before, but I performed a search and couldn't find something similar.
The Battle Magic feature states: "When you use your action to cast a bard spell, you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action"
So, if the bard is using each action to cast a spell with a casting time longer than a single action or reaction, could the bard use the bonus action to attack each turn?
So probably technically yes, as long as your bonus action attack doesn't interfere with the somatic gestures or ability to hold any material components. Some DMs might feel like it doesn't make sense to be able to do this, though, regardless of RAW.
I have trouble thinking of situations where this would be useful (wandering monsters when you're trying to cast a spell with a long casting time?), but it sounds legal.
So as long as you are able to continue to satisfy the component requirements of the spell and maintain concentration on it you can use your movement and bonus action however you wish.
Though as Pentagruel666 points out, it is hard to picture a situation where this is tactically sound.
Already committed to casting a spell in combat that requires more than one turn? Sure, you can still get an attack with a bonus action every turn you continue using your action to cast.
Not already committed to casting a spell requiring more than one turn? Cantrips activate the feature just the same, don't burn a spell slot, and are probably more useful than whatever multi-turn spell you'd be considering.

You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.
This feels like something that would only come up if the DM deliberately sets up a scenario where that's the challenge. Like... the players have to complete a ceremony by casting a specific spell, but they get interrupted halfway through and it becomes a kind of encounter where the difficulty isn't necessarily defeating one large, powerful enemy and more just protecting the bard long enough to complete the spell.
Thanks for your answers, guys. I also think this is not a typical situation, but, well, it was just a doubt I had and this is the right place to ask it ;)

When casting a spell with a casting time longer than one action you are using your action on each turn to cast the spell (https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb/spellcasting#LongerCastingTimes).
