The problem: a Simulacrum can only be healed spending 100gp per hit point regained in a Alchemist's Laboratory.
My question: if you use the Illusion Class ability of Illusory Reality to make the Simulacrum real for 1 minute, can you then use potions and other forms of healing to heal the Simulacrum without spending gold.

Illusory Reality makes an illusion of an object real. A simulacrum is a creature, not an object (and it's already partially real anyways.)

So then there is no other way possible to heal the Simulacrum without spending the gold?
Nope. Simulacrum is a very powerful spell. Healing it requires following the procedure given in the spell and it's not meant to recover uses of any limited-use features (but as written, it's only unable to recover spell slots.)

What about class abilities like Second Wind (fighter class) and Transmuter Stone (transformation wizard)?
Thanks for the help.
Like the tweet I linked says, the only way to heal a simulacrum is to pay the price.
