Half elves and half orc.

Sooooo there are no more half-elves or half-orcs? if I have a character of these two old races, what should I do with him?

 You can still use the 2014 version. But it does seem like half elves and half orcs are no more.

 Use the 2014 character option if you want to use your half-elf or half-orc race character. It's that simple.
