Issue with 2024 duplicate proficiencies.

 You can use "Quote" instead of "Reply" for that. Just with "Reply" the notification shows a "Re: <topic title>" for that user, but the original text isn't directly included.

 I did come to realize that shortly after making my post, but I did not see a way to delete a post, nor to add a quote after the fact (if there's a symbol formatting way about that I don't know it)

You can delete a post by clicking on the "Tools" menu on the post itself and clicking "Delete" in the little menu that pops up. (This menu's existence is a bit silly since most users only have one thing in it, but whatever.)

You can add a quote after the fact by clicking the Quote button on the post, selecting all the text in there and copying it, then clicking Edit on the post you made and pasting it in.
