In the races section of the new Eberron book (this seems to be a beta if I read the Introduction to the book correctly), there is mention of minotaur and GNOLL player characters. However, it only mentions these as playable possibilities, without providing any traits you can apply to a character's sheet. Not even Volo's Guide gives you playable stats for Gnolls, because they're, like minotaurs in the Monster Manual, insane or bloodthirsty monsters.
Will the final product for this supplement give us playable traits to use for these two races?
I know minotaurs were given a playtest set of traits in Unearthed Arcana, but that's different from an official release like this that straight up says "You can play a minotaur or gnoll" and then doesn't give any traits that previous books lacked.

I believe Minotaurs at least will be in the Ravnica book towards the end of the year (was mentioned in the Dragon Talk stream last night)
How to add Tooltips
We'll have to wait and see what Wizards of the Coast produce for future iterations of Wayfarer's Guide to Eberron.
You could maybe ask Mike Mearls direct on his twitter?

Dragonlance had playable Minotaurs.
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe....
It's not likely. Though minotaurs and gnolls both have a place in Droaam, there was never any emphasis on playing monstrous races in Eberron.
~ "This is not the end you're looking for"
it was implied at the last sentence
