The hand is described as "spectral" and has no stats (AC, HP etc.) It can't be affected by other creatures or environmental factors

The description of Mage Hand does not cover your question, which is why I am assuming you are coming to the Forums.
While there are some features of the game that can change how the Mage Hand appears, like the invisible Mage Hand of the Arcane Trickster Rogue, or the Shadow Mage Hand for a character with a Dark Gift, I have not seen anything in subclasses or elsewhere that addresses your question.
The description of the spell states that it can "open an unlocked door or container, stow or retrieve an item from an open container, or pour the contents out of a vial", so one would come to the assumption that it is somewhat solid as it can manipulate objects. So with that stated, one might assume that other creatures could grab/push the Mage hand.
As far as a Strong Wind, I would think that would be up to the DM, but given that Magic is making this Hand float through the air (with no stated restrictions of weather conditions) that wind would not affect it as the Magic that makes it float would resist this.
As far as the Wagon, this falls under the assumption that if the hand is solid, like discussed above, then the wagon would hit the hand and push it along, or knock it above, or under the Wagon.
If there is a specific action, or outside influence that you are worried that will affect your Mage Hand, talk to your DM, as each table is a little different.

During our last session there was the situation with mage hand going against very strong (and magical) wind. We were discussing if the hand is affected by it. We decided that it is not but we were not sure.
This then led me to think about other situations like I mentioned above.
I do not think it is completely intangible or ghostlike, since it could lead to conclusion, that it can pass through solid objects like through walls. And this does not seem to be the intention.
But could it for example pass through small hole or gap?

There's actually nothing in the spell description that says you have to be able to see the hand to manipulate it, but the total cover rules would prevent you from opening a door on the other side of a wall and that sort of thing. So whether it can go through a wall or not is kind of (cough) immaterial
If there was a hole in the wall though, it could pass through it or just be re-cast on the other side

As a rule of thumb, the Mage Hand can lift 10 pounds so I would say that if you want it to be affected by an outside force (such as wind), it should be at least 10 pounds of force. I would assume it can fit through a hole your hand can fit through. There is no requirement that you see what the mage hand is manipulating.
At the very least, if it grips an object, that object can be affected.
There really should be wizards competing in Mage Hand arm wrestling. It wouldn't work, because the force of the hand is set. But .. well, that's not my fault =)

Blanket disclaimer: I only ever state opinion. But I can sound terribly dogmatic - so if you feel I'm trying to tell you what to think, I'm really not, I swear. I'm telling you what I think, that's all.
I would say that the hand itself is unaffected by outside forces but items it is carrying or moving are. So in the example of the strong wind, the hand is there but may not be able to hang on to some objects - they get blown away.

Once the mage hand is conjured, can it be affected by some creature or environment?
Can someone grab the mage hand and push it a distance away?
Is the Mage hand affected by strong wind for example?
What happens if you place it in front of a moving wagon? Would it push it, or go through it?

While not related to your specific question, here is a separate discussion on Mage Hand and how it is used:
