Yes. You can cast spells with your warlock pact magic or spellcaster slots, regardless of where the spell comes from. However, it must still use ability scores from the class the spell originates from. If you were multiclassing bard and warlock, then the ability modifier would be the same either way.
Just make sure that you're taking the correct spells for the class. For example, a 5th level bard multiclassed with a 1st level warlock is still a 5th level bard, and so he couldn't take spells that would be granted to him at 6 levels of bard. In this example you would have the slots of a 6th level caster, but not the spells

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?

When multiclassing as a warlock you do not gain spellcaster slot levels, if it was a wizard 1/bard 5 he would have 6th level caster slots, as a bard 5/warlock 1 he would have 5th level spell slots + 1 pact magic spell slot (1st level)
Is there a limit on how high you can go in each level? Example having a level 20 Bard multi class as a Rogue till level 20 or can you only reach a level 20 as a character
5th edition has a limit of 20th level for a character. Within those 20 levels, you may take levels from any class that you qualify for, as per the multiclassing rules.
So you could be Fighter 20, or you could be Fighter 5, Wizard 5, Rogue 5, Cleric 5 - though I am not sure that last one would be so great :)
Under 5e you can have a total of 20 levels. There is wiggle room designed for DMs to award additional xp/levels/boons beyond 20, but that is not included in DDB. Yet.
You can find the info here:

If you have some warlock levels, you can cast spells from other classes using the spell slots of the pact magic and the other way around.

Oh very true! I forgot warlocks use pact magic and aren't exactly full casters.
