Hi all, I thought I remembered there being rules for player characters creating magical weapons, something about spend XP and time, but I can't find those rules anywhere. Can someone point me in the right direction?
There are rules in the Dungeon Master's Guide for player characters creating magic items:

Also expanded upon in Wayfinder's Guide to Eberron with Eberron-specific rules regarding Schema
