What works: Warlock cast hex, another caster casts invisibility on warlock, next turn warlock uses maddening hex while invisible.
What doesn't work: warlock cast hex, turns invisible with one with shadows (no problem yet), next turn warlock uses maddening hex... A bonus action is an additional action, thus an action per the PHB. One with shadows is ended by taking actions, so using maddening hex ends one with shadows. You can use your action to turn invisible again.
Who needs a 2nd person? Have the Chain Pact (or a flying money familiar) and give your familiar a Ring of Spell Storing. Cast Invisibility on it, have the Familiar Invisible you, it turns Invisible (if it’s Chain Pact), and boom! Free damage! Ish. Kinda. Not really, but still.
Or be a Hexblade. Just saying, Hexblade’s Curse means no Concentration required, meaning you’re free to do that free damage build all you want.
Concentration was not the problem. Actually, if you are not concentrating on hex, you can cast invisibility on yourself and problem solved.
You can also combine these ideas nicely. Pact of chain Imp familiar with a ring of spell storing. Hexblade uses curse of ill omen, casts invisibility on the ring, familiar casts spell from ring.

Also, keep in mind, you can't point to this conversation to justify your actions with your GM. As always with most of these games, GM is always the final say.
Even if something is completely legal in the world, a GM is free to rule it out of play.

Just playing the Devil's Invocate... implying that the BA doesn't need to happen AFTER the Action...
Round 1 - Action: One with Shadows. BA: Hex
Round 2 - Action: Hide. BA: Maddening Hex
Round 3 - Action: One With Shadows. BA: Maddening Hex.
Round 4 - Action: Hide. BA: Maddening Hex.
Repeat as necessary.
Now, of course, you could probably do a hell of a lot more damage by using a weapon, or EB, or just about anything, actually, but if you're low enough on HP and want to basically be unseen, I'd at least consider it as DM.

I agree wholeheartedly with this statement.

Alright, thanks! Now I just have to see what doesn’t last less than a minute and is usable with Maddening Hex.

Enjoy your games!
