Savage Attacker tells you to reroll your weapon's damage dice. That means you reroll your weapon's damage dice. The damage from Sneak Attack isn't part of your weapon.
But if you get a critical, you can reroll the critical damage from the weapon. So if you are a human variant level one rogue with the savage attacker feat and a +3 dex modifier wielding a rapier and you score a critical sneak attack, your normal damage would be 1d8+3, your sneak attack would be 1d6 and the critical would give you an additional 1d8 + 1d6 for a total of 2d8+3+2d6. The 2d8 you would get to roll twice, which means you could theoretically roll 4d8 (probably with some way to identify pairs that could be exchanged) and keep the better roll for each pair.

If I get a sneak attack with the savage attacker feat, would I re-roll the total of all the dice(weapon and sneak attack) or just the weapon?
