As long as the teleport doesn't require you to move, so the ones you'd generally think of will work, but things like teleport circle or transport via plants would not.
You’re not being bear-hugged or pinned to the ground in a grapple - you’re just being stopped from moving and nothing more. You can still attack, cast spells, hurl profanities etc, etc.
And anything that takes either you or the grappler out of reach (such as teleport) ends the grapple.
Always pay close attention to what the rules say and what they don't say. Grappled says your movement speed is reduced to 0. That's it. It does not inhibit your ability to cast spells or use object that let you cast spells like magic rings, scrolls, etc. As long as the spell or ability you're using doesn't require you to move(such as to step through a portal), you can do it. So Misty Step, Misty Escape, Fey Step, Shadow Step, Teleport, Dimension Door all work. Arcane Gate, Teleportation Circle, Transport Via Plants, not so much.
Player using Vortex Warp to get another player out of a Skeletal Slithering Bloodfin.
Vortex Warp
You magically twist space around another creature you can see within range. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (the target can choose to fail), or the target is teleported to an unoccupied space of your choice that you can see within range. The chosen space must be on a surface or in a liquid that can support the target without the target having to squeeze.
Well, you could see him because the fish was just a skeleton so, "Sure, you can do that."
One important thing to note is that quite a few of the teleport spells that people might use to escape (e.g., Misty Step) require that the space the character is teleporting to be seen. In some cases a character might not be able to do that (such as when swallowed by a creature).
The basic answer is still the same; you can teleport out of being grappled. It is simply that the particular spell in question can't be used.

Being swallowed isn't necessarily a block to seeing something outside the creature, if you have some way of seeing remotely. (Have a familiar, are maintaining concentration on Arcane Eye, etc...). Of course, some of these have action economy issues - seeing through your familiar's eyes is a bonus action, so you'll need an action-cast spell that teleports like Thunderstep or Vortex Warp.
I am not sure, RAW, what happens if you teleport the creature that swallowed the other creature, say with Vortex Warp. Does it leave the swallowed creature in the space it was teleported from? I mean, my first impulse is of course the swallowed creature is teleported too, because its inside the other, but well, the logic of pushing people out of grapples in the game rules makes me question whether that impulse is accurate.

The rules are silent on the question, so it's ultimately DM's call whether the swallowed creature counts as something the target is carrying, like the regular contents of one's stomach are, or whether the living being in its stomach is still a separate creature, and handled as appropriate to the spell.
There's also the question of whether caster's intent matters, which it might well.

Strictly speaking, RAW, the creature swallowed would not be moved.
From Teleportation in the PHB2024 Glossary:
When you teleport, all the equipment you’re wearing and carrying teleports with you. If you’re touching another creature when you teleport, that creature doesn’t teleport with you unless the teleportation effect says otherwise.
With that said, you know I tend to favor the flow and logic of things over RAW and would probably not allow someone to use Vortex Warp to free a swallowed character.

Well, i probably wouldn't allow someone to push someone else out of a grapple based solely on their voluntarily choosing to fail the save, either. Or grappling them myself and moving them away. But the RAW still says that's how it works, so into session 0 it goes.

Yes - it’s important not to mistake Grappled for Incapacitated
