Based on what the elemental adept feat does, does anything change regarding creatures that have that particular elemental immunity? Say, if I have cold elemental adept...hitting a creature that is resistant to cold damage ignores their resistance, but does hitting a creature that is immune to cold damage, reduce their immunity to resistance or are they still immune regardless?

If the feat removed an enemy's immunity, it would say so. It doesn't.
Still immune, sorry. But there are less than 30 monster immune to cold, but over 100 that resist it, so still totally worth it.
How would I recreate this resistance ignoring in a subclass with the homebrew maker?
