In my opinion they're clearly meant to be magical potions but unfortunately the feature doesn't spell that out clearly; it only says they're created using magic, not that the potions and the effects are magical. Double check with your DM to be sure.
Dispel Magic only applies to spells so it would only work against the Transformation elixir.
Each elixir is a different effect.
