So as I know it, the only way to knock someone out is with a melee attack. Ranged and magic can't be used to deal non-lethal damage. My question is if someone is trying to knock someone out with a melee attack, and have hex, can the hex kill them?
You can knock a creature out with any melee attack no matter how many damage bonuses that attack has.
