Use Glyph of Warding to set up a Plane Shift spell.
Use Clone.
Use Magnificent Mansion. Wait the day.
Next day, while waiting for Clone to Mature, use Simulacrum. The Sim leaves via the glyphed Plane Shift (you keep the material component). It does your errands and normal business on the material plane. Get new books. Shop, etc. Then it Demiplanes back to you. It relays everything it experienced to you (if your DM lets you use Encode Thoughts you can literally have it directly transfer the memories to you). Kill the Sim. Create a new Glyph of Warding + Plane Shift. Recast your Mansion. Repeat until clone matures.
This ensures while the clone is maturing and you're vulnerable you are safe and sound. When your clone has matured, you go out yourself.
17th+ level Wizard.
Demiplane. It's very secure.
