I am playing as a cleric and I have chosen life domain, which gives me bless and cure wounds. For 1st lvl cleric you have 2 spells you know. Are the 2 spells these 2 spells? Or do I just know those 2 from the domain and I get to choose other 2, which leaves me with 4 spells known in 2 spellslots?
Each domain has a list of spells — its domain spells — that you gain at the cleric levels noted in the domain description. Once you gain a domain spell, you always have it prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of spells you can prepare each day.
If you have a domain spell that doesn’t appear on the cleric spell list, the spell is nonetheless a cleric spell for you.
For Clerics - they know all their spells all the time - but they have a number of spells they can prepare at a time. Their Domain Spells are always prepared - but they do not count toward the spells you can prepare yourself.
https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/cleric#ClassFeatures Preparing and Casting Spells You prepare the list of cleric spells that are available for you to cast, choosing from the cleric spell list. When you do so, choose a number of cleric spells equal to your Wisdom modifier + your cleric level (minimum of one spell). The spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots.

One of the benefits of the Life Domain is that it basically guarantees that you'll always have your core healer spells locked and loaded every day, which frees you up to pick whatever spells you personally want for your other spells.
Hey guys! I have a question;

I am confused. I hope to get the answer here :)

In essence, yes, at first level you can have 4 spells prepared: 2 of which you pick and the other 2 as dictated by your domain.
