I know they have bladesingers... (in the forgotten realms at least) do they have eldritch knights? Are they socially acceptible in elven culture?

Eldritch Knights are basically the 3.5e elven Duskblade class, so yes. EK isn't really specific to a culture, though.
I have a weird sense of humor.

most likely yes (mordekiens state that they applaud those who mix martial prowess with magic) and i dont see any reason they would be shunned
