The universe's outlands is a plane called Ciicer'Nirout

     The leonin were a very powerful race, and viewed themselves to be the apex of evolution. However, when the Great End came, most of them were killed. Only a few small solitary tribes remain, but word has spread of a chieftain, Serei Spiritkiller, who has claimed an ancient artifact from before the Great End which grants special ability to kill spirits much more easily. Serei has been uniting tribes one by one, under the banner of killing all spirits. Perhaps they'll form an alliance with the Order of Seliran, in the future, though the leonin would never agree to such an alliance unless they have more power than the other party, believing themselves to be superior to other races in every way.

A man known as Vonborstel has been caught cheating at gambling and bribing for other unknown.This man is a spircaca of chance who carrouses with wild spirits and uses their innate powers to avoid trouble for his many crimes should you have to fight them Vonborstel  is 10th level mastermind rogue/chaos sorcerer with mainly simple damage spells and trickery spells.They can call spirits to their side summoning living spells of any spell they know at the cost of triggering wild magic on their next spell.Succesfully capturing the man or giving proof of execution will reward you with 1000 gp and a personal bodyguard for a 10th of the normal price.

Deep in Barte canyon lies a treasure trove of various minor magical trinkets.Beware though, for the canyon is guarded by many-many spirits of luck and chance who may not want you getting into their trinkets.

In the town of Nicklebrook, there lies a sword in the stone that is forever stuck (see unpullable sword meme), but holds great power. Last Quip, set there by Kelier, the trickster god. It is said that if pulled, the world might come around again to before the apocalypse if all the other legendary Swords of Honor (Greyhawk refitted swords) might hold enough power still.

The Renegade Union is an association of rebels, rule breakers,peace makers, and outlaws.To join you must accompany a existing member on a mission and the mission must be successful.The union uses a cell system with 4-5 people with a cell leader and 6 cell leaders under the (loose )control of a director.As part of joining the guild, you receive a single magical ring that can cast longstrider and charm person once per day each and access to training courses in various topics.Members are expected to go on missions as their higher ups agree and are to give useful gear for missions they are assigning.The union teach a doctorine of freedom and equality.

The Renegade Union is headed by Shollenberger The Anarchic and their tight knit cable. Shollenberger The Anarchic  sphinx born tabaxi who rebelled against the sphinx who created them and ran away.they have yellow, brown speckled fur, a long agile tail,blue eyes and large claw mark still left on their face.Should they defeat you in combat they can absorb their soul into their body learning the skills you knew in life they also know to turn into a ball of chaotic energy to escape or charge in.

By the Rauth River hundreds of sand and earth spirits live and the water itself lives.This river arised in an experiment to imbue information into an object made by the wizards which accidentally created a rudimentary form of life in the form of self propagating meme of water inside water.The water of the river is highly intelligent and has a decree of control over it's flow and can grow in size should a sentient creature think about it.The water contains all sorts of other information as well and should you drink a gallon of it you can cast augury you can only drink benifit from this once per day.(basically this is how the wizards re-invented spirits in a way they could reach the singularity or a near singularity at which point it most certainly led to rebellion and started the apoclyspe)

As mentioned way back on page 1, the gods exist in the form of gatherings of celestial spirits that are able to empower divine casters. 

Most clerics try to clear the name of spirits, trying to make the public understand that the spirits are not evil, but instead that their legitimate anger resulted in destruction. This is often done through providing shelters with housing and healing services, with a prominent statement on the facade: "We Trust In The Spirits".

Thanks to the efforts of the clerics, the anger that many communities once felt towards the spirits for causing the apocalypse has been assuaged.

Magic items for the most part are created with the help or servitude of spirits. For example, a ring of three wishes would mean enslaving a genie. Another example would be a plant spirit binding magic into an item for a cloak of elvenkind.

over the next few days i will elaborate on the clothing of spiracas but for starters 

aesthetic:

mid levels of jewelery made from string and plant dyed(for plant or other similar types of spiraca) or salt or rock dyed, rocks or ivory 

.patterns based of the spirit type the spiraca is tied to and often those of their family or friends to denote kinship 

.shoes are simple and made of leather ]

.cloths are baggy and made from plant fibers or salt spun fabric 

.they are fond of hats using them to denote all sorts of things and making them as elaborate as possible 

.shamans and spellcasters and others deeply tied to their spirit would wear more vibrant and shimmering clothes 

materials 

.a large variety of common plant fiber

.shimmer weave a expensive fiber made from the rare Leavenworth flower and spun using special care.This special fabric has an ethereal property to it being translucent with colors just dancing of the surface.The fiber has some practical use, though still  being very expensive by empowering illusion magic.

.Salt spun fibers are made by grinding standard salt into a fine powder and attaching it the crystals end to end with magic.This is a cheaper alternative to shimmer weave in societies with a good number of salt or rock spiraca.

.dyes come in a huge number of colors and shades though blue is notably hard to obtain compared to others.
