Should planes like the 9 hells and the celestial planes exist. I think if we add planes then they should be entirely new ones if we have planes at all.
I say they exist and are different than other worlds. Given the types of spirit, we could maybe have 4 (fey, fiend, celestial, aberration)???

I was thinking of the material plane as being the "elemental" one, as the elements are its primal components.
Fey plain is known as the Elid'nas it is said to be the most Beautiful place but is fulled with magic. Natural and peaceful spirits float through the trees. If is ruled by two types of fey the gloam fey and the Aurora fey. The aurora fey flit from place to place doing what amuses them and can switch mood on a dime. The gloam fey have strict rules that they follow and are more steadfast in what they do.
If you displeased a powerful Aurora fey they would break your legs and arms to see you squirm on the ground. If you displeased a powerful gloam fey then your entire village gets picked off one by one.
What I meant by removing the "from another dimension" part was that we can't have rifts into different universes, like one between eberron and faerun. that would make no sense considering the omniverse thing. What people are saying above is that the fang of "faerun" came from a different plane, not faerun like I was thinking you meant. Like I said, it would make no sense if you were to say that the fang of "faerun" came from the forgotten realms into this new reality we are fabricating. At least not in the context that they came from faerun, because of everything they have going on there that prevents travel between omniverses. Think of it like two airtight balloons. If something were to move from inside one balloon into the other, they would both pop and spill out. Nothing would make sense anymore. I want to try to make you understand this.
Urchir'na is the home of the fiendish spirits. The entire plane is a group of giant black mountains, with a fortress of immense size built among them. The plane is littered with watchtowers and catacombs, and the halls are filled with legions of spirits in savagely powerful physical forms (see the existing fiend stat blocks). It is said that they form some sort of hive mind centered in a mystic orb in the center of the fortress.
Occasionally the legions will plane shift to another plane, raze a small area, and then return. No one knows why, though it seems like they intend to play the long game, waiting for the right time to conquer everything...
The fey spirit Iri vel Odinesk is believed by many to be the leader of the fey spirits, though when asked, the spirit says that this is in fact false. They are in charge of nothing, but the title of Lord is given to them by some other fey spirits anyway because of the merriment and joy with which they carry out their deadly business.
Kundinger´s dice is a wild tavern game played with a set of enchanted dice in which the players take turns asking other player´s questions or telling them to roll the dice.If the die is rolled the Effects vary from whimiscal (a near by glass of beer turning into cotton candy) to strange (all people playing the game change gender) or powerful (creating gold or altering memories). The game was Invented by a wild Spiraca of truth who still runs a tavern known as the ¨wild times tavern¨ and controls a small band of druidic mercenaries.
in the plane of Pifpcild`chros alien spirits that represent alien forces and concepts roam as well of those that represent corrupting ideas (for example a beholder is a spirit of vigilance and paranoia well a mind flayer is that of manipulation).Well the plane is mostly a endless void clouds of alien thought and flouting cities of the Stamatelos drift by.The nature of the Stamatelos is uncertain but they posses humanoid bodies that are twisted in strange ways.Their minds and bodies seem to drift slightly in time and they talk endlessly on betrayal at the hands of humans.

And their kings are gargantuan beholders...? It could work
Some of the oldest (if not most powerful) of the spirits of Pifpcild'chros are the aboleths. As spirits of madness, the aboleths claim to have ruled in a time before the Five. The only one to have actually met one of the five is Onnophris, a younger aboleth who once had the misfortune to meet one of the Five. They tried to inflict their madness upon the wizard, and failed. What Onnophris saw when they touched the wizard's mind scarred Onnophris so deeply that they can no longer move.

I like that idea, as beholders are the classic aberration and fit the paranoid-dictator theme very well.
Maybe it could be council of these elder beholders, each vying for power over the others.
The draconic spirits of this world have long since gone into hiding, they almost never deal with humanoids anymore, but copper and brass dragons are the most common to see, if any.
draconic spirits?
we already have a set origin for dragons in this setting
I say they exist and are different than other worlds. Given the types of spirit, we could maybe have 4 (fey, fiend, celestial, aberration)???

So we have 4 planes total:
Material plane (elemental)
Fey plane (name tbd)
Fiend plane (name tbd)
Aberration plane (name tbd)
I guess whoever comes up with the detailed lore for a plane first gets to name it.
(Edit after noticing the above post: this will make an interesting origin story for the setting's cosmology)

My idea for names for the other planesFey -- Elid'nasFiend -- Uchir'naElemental -- DernisenAberration -- Pifpcild'chrosoop didn't realize you already had names
P.S. regarding the fang of faerun
