In principle, there's no reason for elves to view undead differently than any other race. But you could argue that elves - being closely tied to nature - would be more deeply offended than humans, who may be more ... utilitarian, perhaps. That would also make the elven necromancer a much more delectable abomination =)

Blanket disclaimer: I only ever state opinion. But I can sound terribly dogmatic - so if you feel I'm trying to tell you what to think, I'm really not, I swear. I'm telling you what I think, that's all.
Elves are rather attached to their immortality/long lifespans, though. Maybe they'd be more afraid of truly passing on and pursue lichdom or vampirism more readily, or frown on it because it's a widespread problem. I could also see it as a point of contention between more arcane-minded High Elves and more tree-huggy Wood Elves.
Banshee are specifically noted as being "a spiteful creature formed from the spirit of a female elf", so Banshee might be viewed by elves as creatures to be slain wherever found as they are an affront to nature or perhaps left alone as they seve a punishment ordained by the gods. Lore wise it seems being turned into a Banshee was usually reserved for evil or vain elves which is rather similar to the way humans of a similar nature could be cursed by a god to become a Medusa.
You also have the Baelnorn from previous editions (wiki here: https://dungeonsdragons.fandom.com/wiki/Baelnorn\) which are effectively goodly elven liches sworn to serve a particular cause or act as the protector of a given area.
One Deity worth noting would be Kiriansalee in the Drow Pantheon (wiki here:https://forgottenrealms.fandom.com/wiki/Kiaransalee) whose domains are Revenge and Undeath. So anyone worshipping here might have rather favourable attitudes to undead with one exception and that is any undead created by Orcus or his followers as Kiriansalee is/was technically at war with him in the Abyss.

Spirit Warriors (from Spelljammer) sort of make you question the elven view of the undead. Its basically an undead insect that acts as a suit of power armor for an elven warrior. At one point it was rewritten as a living plant, like the eleven ships, to step away from the undead issue.

How would elf's see the undead? Would they be very hostile or would they be nuetral?

Medium humanoid (human), lawful neutral
There might be a couple of undead worth noting.
