Hi everyone, I do not know a lot about gem dragons so I would like to learn more about them. 😂

There is some discussion of them in Fizban's Treasury of Dragons, and there's also some stuff about them for the Forgotten Realms setting specifically here.

Basically they are neutral dragons outside the standard evil chrome vs good metal set up. They are psionic rather than magical, and they have really interesting breath weapons.

The first of the dragons created by Bahamut and Tiamat was Sardior. Sardior in turn created the neutral gem dragons, but he perished, or at least disappeared. Why? NOBODY KNOWS...
Dream job: being one of those creatures who don't interact with the economy at all yet are somehow obscenely rich. Like a dragon!
