The planet of Elendril in the year 3827. There are many great kingdoms that have grown in the years since the adventures of Rendal Stargazer and the Firestone Kings. The Seven Kingdoms are the South, the Goldlands, Sarsdom, the Vale of Tiamat, the Thothlands, the Steel Range, and The Nexus. They use the same gods as most D&D worlds use but mainly focus on the forgotten realms pantheons.
The Nexus: The Nexus is the northernmost of the kingdoms and the only one that has crossed the Serpent Straights. There are many shadow monks that travel the kingdom. The Nexus is the only one of the Seven Kingdoms that isn't ruled by the Firestone Kings. They are mostly Humans, Elves, Goliaths and Gnomes. Orcs are known to raid but are rarely successful. King Edric Thunder-fist rules The Nexus and is known as a brave man who will never let his great keep of Rivahal fall. There is more magic here in than anywhere else in the war. Alchemist's Isle is part of the kingdom and a place where many healing potions are made. There is also the great Cherry Town where many trade from the other six kingdoms come in. The Thothlands and Vale of Tiamat are the only kingdoms that interact with The Nexus. The Bear's Cave is the biggest city in the Nexus and is known to trade as it is the biggest port in the world. House Grizzly rules the port city and is ever loyal to the Thunder Kings of The Nexus. The great silver dragon Kurt the Defender watches over this city where King Rendal's son Sentil resides. Pinewood Hall is the home of House Cleaver the Goliath House that are known as some of the most formidable fighters in the world. The Griffon's Nest is the home of House Screech the Elvish Nobles that are known as Griffon Riders and will fight alongside the Thunder Kings in their wars. They descend from the Stargazers of old. There are three islands in the Serpent Straights that are part of The Nexus that are named Wolf, Tiger and Bear and are home to lycanthropes of the same name. The Nexus borders the Thothlands, Nex Bay, Paladin's Sea and Dragon's Bay. They are currently at war with the other six kingdoms because King Ronn Firestone has been taking control and acting tyrannically.
The Steel Range: The Steel Range is a mountainous kingdom with only one castle that is easily accessable called Frosteel. It is a very cold and snowy place where very few live. It is the poorest of the seven kingdoms and has the lowest population. The Thoth River runs through the realm and is rarely visited.
The Thothlands: The Thothlands are the richest and the second largest of the kingdoms. There is the great Thoth River that runs through the area and makes the lands very fertile and green. The Nex Gate is the northernmost landmark in the Thothlands. It is a bridge that connects The Nexus to the Thothlands. The main road known as the Cherry Path next passes by the lake known as the Wizard's Eye and home to a Gnomish wizard that lives on an island in the middle of the lake. Further northeast on the road is the elven castle of Elderhall where more Stargazer descendants live. On the southern branch of the road south of the Green Mountains is Tin Town, on the Thoth River. It is one of the biggest gold panning cities and has a boom of population every now and then. The Thoth river runs past Gulltown and leads up to Tin Town. The last major settlement in the Thothlands is Direhold which is just a minor keep on the southernmost point of the kingdom.
The Vale of Tiamat: The Vale is the Dwarven kingdom. The great underground city of Unthindil. The Zio Kings rule with the spirit of the gods in them. The vale is guarded by the great gold dragon Razor the Surveyor. The Vale of Tiamat is the smallest of the kingdoms. And the only one exclusively inhabited by one race, dwarves. The great castle of Stormherald is on the southern part of the vale and known as the defense and unbreachable castle. It overlooks the river and has defended the vale for over 3000 years.
Sarsdom: Sarsdom is a forested region home to Halflings, Druids, a kind old wizard named Orthandal. The Rockfort is the main city in this kingdom and was home of Sarsden when he resided in this realm before he let his spirit spend eternity in the Earth Elemental Plane. The other main locations in this kingdom are the Haunted Forest which is home to many undead, such as Willow-Wisps, Shadows, Wraiths and Spectres. Flumphs and Flameskulls are common as well. Fey creatures like Pixies, Unicorns, Sprites and many more are commonly seen as well. The Ent Grove is a place sacred to the halflings of the kingdom and they make a yearly pilgrimage to celebrate life with the Treants. Shadow Isle is also connected to this kingdom and is the home of the most knowledge in the world as well as the Temple of Oghma . Lastly, Crakoal is the castle home to the Aarakocra. The bird people have very little contact with the rest of the kingdom but are still considered a part of it.
The Goldlands: Farther to the south are the Goldlands, a desert region home to humanoids of draconic ancestry. The population is mostly Dragonborn, Half-Dragons, Yuan-Ti, Lizardfolk and sorcerers that gain their power from a draconic bloodline. New Thunderwing is the capital of the lower six kingdoms and is the seat of the Firestone Kings. The current ruler is Ronn Firestone a cruel red Dragonborn who's corrupted scales glow orange. He calls his realm the Empire of the Orange Flame. The Firestone Family dragon, Roger has left king Ronn and currently resides at Dragonsfall, the ancient temple of Bahamut. In the middle of the Goldlands Desert is the Red Oasis a place where weary travelers can relax and send messages across the world. Sandharbour is the main port of this kingdom and allows them to get imports from other kingdoms like the Thrashlands or Frostlands. The last settlement of the kingdom is the Red River Fort and its is the safest place to go if you do not have draconic blood. On the part of the Goldlands across the scattered isles is the Open Hand Temple where monks study the Way of the Open Hand and from there they travel the world spreading enlightenment and knowledge of combat.
The South: The South is the southernmost part of the continent an covered in rainforests, strange mountains and knights. The entrance from the Merling Sea is known as Fang's Gates and these two towers are known for destroying invading ships and armies. The South is the second most naturally fortified kingdom after The Nexus. Mooncrest is the next major settlement and the most populated city in the kingdom and home to the chivalrous knights of the Draconic Order and fight in the way of Yang. Starbeam is another large city and home to Tiger Totem Berserkers who fight with the way of Yin. Sunfall is the capital of the kingdom. The lords of the kingdom are known as the Rulers of the Amber Peninsula. There are many strange animals and monsters that reside in this kingdom and it is rarely visited by any except merchants seeking riches and those who seek to conscript for the royal army.
