Awesome! I made a tenth level Meliodas with the exact same first six levels, though I changed things up later on to make him even more crazy when going demon mode
I feel like Gowther would be a marionette race warlock...seeing as the real gowther created him and is still in the demon realm...so his Patron would The Real Gowther
I think it's actually a bit more complicated than putting them in singular classes, I'd say if you're building them at lvl 20 it would make more sense to multiclass.
For escanor we can do 12 levels of storm herald barbarian and 4 levels of genie warlock, your gonna want the fire aspect, and 4 levels of paladin oath of glory.
Meliodas would be a level 14 zealot barbarian and 6 levels of battle master fighter.
I want to say that Ban is interesting character but in my own opinion yes he's a Rogue however despite him not using his abilities he actually holds up as a great Monk as well due to his fighting style when he's not acting like a Rogue as well
Ban as a Rogue certainly fits him especially due to the magic abilities he has however why not create Ban into a multiclass character with Monk/Rogue because when he isn't using his magic like abilities he certainly holds his own in a hand-to-hand combat
