Dream druid - mid to low tier Druid, but druids are pretty good
Sword Bard, okay, will struggle to hit things in a way that matters, but stick to control and they'll be fine.
Champion Paladin, strange multiclass, delaying multi-attack and Pally aura for I'm not sure what, Crit fishing? They cut out their spells by putting levels in a non-casting class. Poor but it's 5e, anything is fine.
Alchemist Artificer: okay for an artificer, I doubt this will drive the game but again, anything can work. Healing word is the big gain here and it isn't really needed.
So for fun? 10/10 if everyone is playing what they want.
For Optimization? 3/10 not strong classes, not sure what the synergy is.
Your other friends? I don't get it, is this a second party? Blood hunter is fine, not many optimizer's choice; Crap rogue is I assume crap; Sorc-wizard is a terrible multiclass, Gloom Stalker is best Ranger, 2014 Monks are bad. Fun 10/10 again, Optimization 2/10, no high level spells, too many martials.
