For a second there I thought that you only had two friends and the other guy just had a bunch of stuff. You should probably change the way you listed your party, it's a headache to read - sorry man 😭
Dream druid - mid to low tier Druid, but druids are pretty good
Sword Bard, okay, will struggle to hit things in a way that matters, but stick to control and they'll be fine.
Champion Paladin, strange multiclass, delaying multi-attack and Pally aura for I'm not sure what, Crit fishing? They cut out their spells by putting levels in a non-casting class. Poor but it's 5e, anything is fine.
Alchemist Artificer: okay for an artificer, I doubt this will drive the game but again, anything can work. Healing word is the big gain here and it isn't really needed.
So for fun? 10/10 if everyone is playing what they want.
For Optimization? 3/10 not strong classes, not sure what the synergy is.
Your other friends? I don't get it, is this a second party? Blood hunter is fine, not many optimizer's choice; Crap rogue is I assume crap; Sorc-wizard is a terrible multiclass, Gloom Stalker is best Ranger, 2014 Monks are bad. Fun 10/10 again, Optimization 2/10, no high level spells, too many martials.

I'm not going touch the second one with the double homebrew but the first is a deceptively strong 4 player comp despite having some subclasses people generally don't think of highly for myriad reasons with various levels of truth.
Main Strengths:
1. Excellent saving throw protection: Between Aura of Protection and Flash of Genius you can create situations where people rarely fail saves if the party plays with coordination. Add in the occasional unselfish Bardic from the Swords Bard and you're stacked. This is such an important quality for a team to have if prepping for high level, high difficulty encounters so just on this alone this team gets a high rating. The Paladin + Artificer core is incredible at supporting and defending the team.
2. Excellent healing: You have access to all the right tools. Bonus Action Healing, Aid, Aura of Vitality, Lesser Restoration, Polymorph, Greater Restoration, Revivify, Heroes' Feast. And you have it coming from multiple sources as a safety net.
3. Well rounded stats: You have strength, charisma, wisdom and intelligence covered which is ideal. The alchemist makes an excellent stand in for dex based thiefy stuff.
Main Weaknesses:
1. Unless the swords bard is a very specific kind of sharpshooting swords bard you lack a competent ranged dpr. You really want one of those. Having played in similar comps before I can definitely see this team being anemic when it comes to dealing enough raw damage to down enemies quickly. You have solid enough melee dpr from the paladin but that can be exploited. A competent ranged dpr is a must for tough encounters.
2. While I stand by the idea that paladin + artificer is an extremely powerful core for any team regardless of subclasses, the artificer could be improved greatly with a different choice. A sharpshooter battlesmith for example would skyrocket this team's rating.
3. I would call the arcane caster situation okay but not ideal. Between the two of them, the swords bard and alchemist can cover a lot of ground though so it isn't as glaring a hole as it might look.
Rating: 7.5/10
The bones are strong but the composition is unrefined. If the artificer embraced ranged dpr with a battlesmith sharpshooter and the bard embraced control and problem solving with a lore bard you would be in the 9 range. If the paladin and druid also optimized on top of that you would be close to a 10.

punctuation, man. Is that a party of 11? My rating is 0/10 too large.

Are you asking us to rate your party and simultaneously calling half of them crap? Are you looking for a good or a bad score here?
I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?

Who is doing the healing? The Paladin?
Dreams Druid, presumably - although that first party has a lot of healing options.
