So I was browsing through the new Heroes of Faerûn book, and came upon a passage in the "Gods of Faerûn" section:

"Her [Eilistraee's] priests practice a variant known as sword dancing, which blends bladesinging with bardic arts from the College of Dance."

Since then I've been wondering, if such a build (Dance Bard 3+x/Bladesinger 3+y) could be done without crippling the character just for RP reasons.

Any ideas? 

Is the dragon cult feat having a fixed wisdom based save a typo? Because that’s terrible when the follow up feat can only improve charisma or con.  It’s also just strangely specific and doesn’t make much sense for the cult of the dragon either.
