People, I have a tavern, but I want to turn it into a house of Baba Yaga, so that if she wanted to, she could just get up and waltz away with us inside.
I assume you're the DM? In which case, the answer is: you can just do it. This is your world to tell the story in, if you say the tavern sprouts chicken legs and starts walking around, it does.
If you want a ruleset for how it should operate, you will probably have to homebrew it, but I'd advise just not using rules and making up what you think feels natural.
If you want the tavern to participate in combat and therefore need a statblock, consider modifying the Haunting Revenant. A living building that can trap people inside it.
Baba Yaga’s hut used to be an artifact magic item in previous editions. At least, I definitely remember it in 1e. Sadly, I don’t think it still is, but you can always just homebrew it.

How can I do this?
