People, I have a tavern, but I want to turn it into a house of Baba Yaga, so that if she wanted to, she could just get up and waltz away with us inside.
I assume you're the DM? In which case, the answer is: you can just do it. This is your world to tell the story in, if you say the tavern sprouts chicken legs and starts walking around, it does.
If you want a ruleset for how it should operate, you will probably have to homebrew it, but I'd advise just not using rules and making up what you think feels natural.
If you want the tavern to participate in combat and therefore need a statblock, consider modifying the Haunting Revenant. A living building that can trap people inside it.
Baba Yaga’s hut used to be an artifact magic item in previous editions. At least, I definitely remember it in 1e. Sadly, I don’t think it still is, but you can always just homebrew it.
Treants! You get four treants, one carpenter, one tavern. The carpenter nails the tavern to the treants, you pay the carpenter, and ride off in your new tavern of Baba Yaga.
There are ethical concerns here, but none that Baba Yaga would lose any sleep over, I think.

Blanket disclaimer: I only ever state opinion. But I can sound terribly dogmatic - so if you feel I'm trying to tell you what to think, I'm really not, I swear. I'm telling you what I think, that's all.

How can I do this?

Have you considered making it a person that can turn into a house, or a house that can turn into a person?
Welcome to . . . the Were-House!
(i'll see myself out)
Anzio Faro. Protector Aasimar light cleric. Lvl 18.
Viktor Gavriil. White dragonborn grave cleric. Lvl 20.
Ikram Sahir ibn-Malik al-Sayyid Ra'ad. Brass dragonborn draconic sorcerer Lvl 9. Fire elemental devil.

What?
Heyo! You can call me Link. Here’s a bit about me:
Roomba Knight, Architect of the Cataclysm, Foxy Lunar Archpriest. Dubbed The Fluffy Bowman by Golden. He/Him
Theatre Kid, Ravenclaw, bookworm, DM, Lego fanatic, mythology nerd, pedantic about spelling. I also love foxes, cats, otters, and red pandas!
I love K-pop Demon Hunters and Korean Mythology. If you want to ask me about something, send me a PM!
I try to keep the peace and be neutral most of the time…
Were-House.
Warehouse.
It's a homonym.
Jokes are funnier when they have to be explained.

I can’t figure out whether to laugh or scream. I also disagree with your last point.
