Hello! Due to a recent leveling up into level 4, I, as well as my other party members, have the exciting opportunity of choosing a feat!
However, a conundrum has entered my mind, you see. I have a split decision between "Bountiful Luck" to support allies nearby from some amazing low roll averages; and "Second Chance", a feat that echoes backstory and also protects myself from tough enemies, as I'm a squishy small thing.
So my question is: Bountiful Luck? Or Second Chance?
Does your warlock use Eldritch Blast? I'd increase your Charisma because that will give you a +1 to your attack rolls and to the saves that opponents need to make against your spells. That combined with your proficiency bonus going up by 1 at 5th level bumps everything that you do up pretty significantly.
Taking the stats is also very high on priority. If you are already at 20 Charisma then I would go with the Feat that makes most sense to your characters backstory.

"Where words fail, swords prevail. Where blood is spilled, my cup is filled" -Cartaphilus
"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
Bountiful Luck and Second Chance are both useful, with Second Chance being the clearly better choice if your Charisma, Dexterity, or Constitution are currently odd numbers. (Especially Charisma). As Tim said, taking the ASI and increasing your Charisma is often a better choice than taking a feat. As far as other feats, Warlocks often have difficulty maintaining concentration, so War Caster and Resilient (con) can help with that.
Some of this depends on your patron. Both the Archfey and Great Old One have reactions among the patron features. That makes Bountiful Luck and Second Chance a little less useful for them than for others.
