I would say definitely hunters mark, then spells like ensnaring strike or maybe even disguise self. For ranger subclass I would say hunter or maybe even fey wanderer. But hunter is better for the longsword which witchers iconically have.

You can't take a fighting style twice. It says so in the rules. So take the dueling and great weapon fighting styles. Then you can reroll ones and twos while holding the longsword with two hands. While holding it with one hand, you add an extra two to the damage. So you can't pick dueling twice.

What should I use for a blood curse?
I always like fallen puppet, as you can make the dead person attack anyone, so it is useful to get extra hits on enemies

Now I'm torn. Again.
I went Hunter Colossus Slayer.
Good idea. Start off as a blood hunter for the longsword. Then take great weapon fighting or dueling fighting style.

I picked dueling for both ranger, and blood hunter.
You can't choose the same one twice. I would say take dueling and great weapon fighting. So you can do well with your longsword in one and two hands.
