I'd suggest having a look the feats pages, it'll list most/all the feats and generally a good starting place. Your stats have odd numbers for Int and Cont, so a feat that also gives you a +1 in one of those ability scores will likely give you a bit more value. However, unlike other games there isn't much off a 'cookie cutter' or 'best' build for DnD, you're likely to get more out of the flavour / being able to do neat and interesting things than raw DPS or Stats.
One of my personal favourites is Fade Away. It has a gnome racial requirement, with a plus 1 to int, so may fit with your character nicely, especially if you're interested in Illusion Magics.
If you're really keen to push the evocation aspect, you might want to look at Flames of Phlegethos or Elemental Adept (fair with lots of spells of that element for a elemental type) or even War Caster.
I've not used Shadow Touched yet, but depending on how you see your character may fit you a 'Darker' wizard.
Keen Mind or Observant are also good options - personally I've seen them so much that I prefer to find other options.
As always though - have an open mind and talk to your DM about what you want your character to be able to do. They may be able to suggest something / highlight feat they don't think are suitable.
As Nortica pointed out, there are many different feats which are good for a wizard, but choosing the best one depends on your style of play (or character).
Because I can't get enough cantrips, when I played a wizard I took the magic initiate (wizard) feat to get a couple more wizard cantrips and chose shield as my extra spell.
Mechanically speaking, Warcaster is one of the most reliable feats for any spellcaster. Your normally harmless opportunity attacks get replaced with spells, and advantage to maintain concentration can make all the difference in the world.
The new Shadow Touched and Fey Touched feats are pretty great for spellcasters, especially since you have an odd number in INT. They both give you a +1 to a spellcasting ability of your choice, and then you have to choose whether you want to learn Invisibility or Misty Step. You also get one additional first level spell of your choice (although the school is limited based on which feat you take) which you can cast for free, but you also learn those spells properly and can continue to cast them using spell slots.
You could just take the asi. One point each to int and con, will boost spells, hp, and con saves for concentration spells. Not flashy, but effective. As for feats
Telekinetic can be good for a wizard. +1to int and a bonus action to shove someone away, so when the bad guy is next to you, push him with the bonus action, and still have your action to cast.
And another vote for the gnomish racial feat fade away is great. Again, +1 to int, and turn invisible as a reaction if you take damage.
Skill expert is also a possibility, but maybe not as exciting.
If you are an evoker, Elemental Adept is really good. You may have entire quests in which many opponents have, say, fire resistance. That really nerfs your signature spells. I just retired a wizard at level 12. The last third of the campaign had us fighting tons of fiends. Most of them had fire and other damage resistance as well as magic resistance. Elemental Adept would have helped immensely.
It may not *look* great, but Metamagic Adept could be extremely useful and/or fun. Subtle spell if your campaign has a lot of social encounters. For an evoker, empowered and the one that lets you change the damage type.
I ended up taking Resilient-CON instead of warcaster. My wiz was not a front-liner at all. So the Opportunity Attack feature of warcaster would have been wasted.

Telekinetic would synergize perfectly with area control spells like Evard's too.

Would probably need to get special permission for the gnome to gain the Flames of Phlegethos feat, since the normal prerequisite only allows tieflings to gain it. Elementental adept might not be quite as beneficial, but it's not limited to only fire spells and can be taken by any race.

Hi, I have a gnome evocation wizard, with the ability scores:
Str 12, Dex 16, Con 15, Int 19, Wis 13, Con 10
I was wondering what the best feat would be?
