Revivify, to me, is a top priority for having in it. If only one person the party can cast it, but they go down, you can get them back up. And if no one in the party has it, it's double important to have in there.
Revivify might be a good one since none of us have it, we've just been quick enough with the potions and healing spells thus far.
The concern about Concentration spells maintained by melee combatants is well taken, we had the same concern which is why for our first trial we are loading up Greater Invisibility and giving it to the Rogue rather than Haste for me. An Invisible Rogue is unlikely to get hit very often so hopefully we will have fairly few Concentration checks to make.
Although convincing a demon lord to cast a spell into a ring might be fun its really not what I'm most interested in, I'm interested in what kinds of fun and mayhem we can get into by giving spells to people who aren't supposed to have them. We are all using all our Attunement slots right now so for this to be worth attuning we have to find some really strong uses, I know we've got a few just from the spells the party can already cast but I'm curious what else is out there.
At level 11 or higher put a Holy Weapon on the ring and give it to the Fighter and watch him solo the encounter lol. Also the Fighter has a very good chance of maintaining concentration since they have Prof. in CON.

That would definitely help in combat but there would be nothing preventing someone from casting this on a weapon as is, there isn't really any benefit from putting it in the Ring except that you can take full advantage of spell's duration for smiting your foes. I'm looking for things that would otherwise be impossible (self range spells, Concentration spells, etc) that would be really fun or effective. Find Familiar/Find Steed/Find Greater Steed that were mentioned earlier would be great example of the kinds of things I'm looking for.
Fun? Mayhem? Give the Rogue Ceremony, and let him start performing magically-binding marriage ceremonies at knife point.
This spells seems great for role-playing purposes but the mechanical benefits, particularly of the Marriage part, do confuse me a bit. Do you just marry all the party members before a big fight? If their partner died and is raised from the dead, are they still considered to be widowed? Perhaps not relevant to the purpose of this thread but I do find it interesting.

I don't see the benefit of putting Leomund's Tiny Hut into the ring. It does not require concentration so you are not saving a normal casters concentration. Its a Ritual so it can be cast whenever its needed. The only advantage is maybe saving 10 minutes from casting it as not a Ritual. But lets be serious if you got 1 minute to cast this normally you probably have 11 minutes to Ritual cast it.
If you get into a tight spot, having some quick shelter can and has been a huge lifesaver for my party

The problem is there is nothing quick about the hut lol. It takes 1 minute to cast. That's 10 rounds of combat your party has to survive without the casters aid as he or she is busy casting the hut. Unless of course your party had exactly 1 minute before encountering such a tight spot, in which case just making a run for it with a 1 minute head start might be a better plan.
Don't forget that each spell is single use. It has to be reloaded into the ring after you've cast it from the ring.
So, in particular, you'd need someone to keep casting Find Familiar into it so that each person can cast the spell from it.
Yes, though since it is only a level 1 spell we could load 5 copies of it into the ring, right? I figured we could load it up then pass it around over the course of a day, each person attuning it, casting the spell, then taking a short rest so the next person can attune the ring.
It's ok if your party had a couple of days of downtime but I don't see this being very doable in the middle of travel or exploration. Find Familiar takes 1 hr to cast or 1 hr 10 min to Ritual Cast. So just charging up the ring is going to take your Wizard 5 hrs and 50 min or 5 hrs + 5 spell slots. Now we throw in another 2 hrs per person to get a Familiar (short rest for attunement + 1 hr to cast the spell).
Overall this strat of a Familiar for everybody while cool on paper is impractical unless the party is doing it during downtime in a safe environment.

Exactly. The ring user runs off and activates it, while the rest of us stall.

Another little problem, your party has to be inside the hemisphere of the Hut when it is cast otherwise they cannot pass through it. To pull this off while you are trying to stall enemies would be very difficult to say the least.

I agree that would be hard to do in the field but our game has regular downtime so the idea would be to do it then. If the familiars die I wouldn't expect us to replace them regularly given the complexity but it would be something fun to play around with for awhile. Some of the higher level spells suggested (Find Steed or especially Find Greater Steed) would be difficult even with this setup (plus the fact we aren't currently friends with any Paladins who might be able or willing to cast it for us) but they are definitely things we can be on the lookout for.

Since you’re limited to 5 spell levels I’d pick three 1st level spells and one 2nd level spell and I would definitely give it to a non-spellcaster.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
